Return / Refund Policy
As most of our products are perishable items, all food sales are final and cannot be returned for exchange and shipping costs are non-refundable. You cannot return items that you do not like in taste or shape. If items are returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, we must dispose of the items due to its perishability. Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. It is the customers responsibility to double check their order is correct before submitting it, an order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped from our facility. We are not responsible for orders that have been delayed in shipping. Once shipped out, it is then the responsibility of the carrier, we are not responsible for UPS delays or delays caused by inclement weather conditions. Your package will be delivered by UPS. As a default for residential addresses, no signature will be required for delivery. Please make sure the recipient will be home for the delivery, we are not responsible for packages that are left unattended.
Our shipping costs are determined by the shipping address and the weight of the package. You are given the option during checkout to have your package shipped with insulated packaging and a gel ice pack for an additional $3.00 charge. This is highly recommended for ground shipping to warmer climate states and during summer months. We typically ship Monday – Thursday for delivery within the same week, Saturday – Monday delivery is not available for perishable items unless transit time exceeds 4 days. We highly recommend selecting “next day shipping” to locations that take more than one day ground to arrive. We will not be held responsible if you do not select the next day shipping option and your items arrive perished.
