Our viewing room is open year round from 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday thru Saturday at no charge. Our cheese making schedule changes from week to week, but you can check our Cheesemaking Schedule or call ahead and we'll do our best to tell you when we are making. We usually make cheese 4 - 5 days a week and almost always on Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday. All groups, families and individuals are welcome.
